LOINNIR 2008

Ten artists exhibited work in Loinnir 2008 including renowned Portuguese Sound Artist Victor Gama. As well as conducting a childrens workshop making musical instruments in the Cosan Glas Yurt, he created the ‘Ocean Harp’ a stringed instrument spanning two sand dunes which he played on both exhibition nights.

52 children attended a fortnight of sculpture workshops hosted by Cosan Glas artists. 10 musicians provided traditional music and song.

Many volunteers helped to make the show a success which attracted an estimated 3,000 visitors over 2 nights.
