In 1998 Tom Meskell from Dublin, Rian Kerrane from North Carolina, USA, and Tim Johnson from England joined the core artists. Rian specialises in metal work and the children had an opportunity to make sculptures from recycled discarded metals and learn some of the processes involved.
Additionally, many local artists joined the project using natural materials and found objects to create a variety of sculptures.
