Four locations in the County Donegal Gaeltacht were selected: Aranmore Island, Carrickfin, Dunlewey, and Gortahork. The core artists were joined by Allan Cavanagh and they spent two days in each location. These in turn were assisted by a local artist. A total of sixty one children took part in the project. The sculptures were influenced by the different characteristics of each area.
